By 2030, adults over the age of 65 will make up\u00a0nearly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iom.edu\/~\/media\/Files\/Report%20Files\/2008\/Retooling-for-an-Aging-America-Building-the-Health-Care-Workforce\/FactSheetRetoolingforanAgingAmericaBuildingtheHealthCareWorkforce.pdf\">20 percent of the U.S. population<\/a>.
