Dr. Riana Anderson is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Columbia University’s School of Social Work and a Fellow at the Hutchins Center for African and African American Research at Harvard University. Her research centers around discrimination and racial socialization in Black families, and how family-based interventions help to improve Black youth’s psychological well-being.
